About Me

Nikki Couture is a 5th generation native to Tampa. She's been restoring, renovating and decorating historic buildings in the Bay area since 1999.  In 2005 she began, doing the same to historic apartments that she offers for rent in the Seminole Heights neighborhood.  See www.seminoleheightsapartments.com.  In 2006 she began Couture Décor to offer her expertise due to the rising demand and requests from individuals needing assistance with their own historical properties. Her clients have included both residential and commercial building owners.

Though while not limited to consultations for historic structures, Nikki specializes in giving buildings from the early 1900's an urban sense of style and presence while respecting their historical nature through expert color and furniture selection as well as utilization of period appropriate lighting and hardware.
